This property is located halfway between Lake Placid and Plattsburgh NY. It is a "lean-to" measuring approx. 10 x 16 feet. It is equipped with a regularly a sanitized portable bathroom. The lean-to is located on a private driveway. The land is well maintained and treated anti-insect.
It is near a forest conservation area with an abundance of wild-life wandering the area year-round. You may wake up to deer, turkey, moose etc.
There is a stone fire-pit. Wood is available for sale on site.
Fishing, trails, skiing, biking, kayaking, and many other outdoor activities in the area. Minutes from Ausable river.

Lake Placid area is ideal for skiing, hiking, river rafting, kayaking etc. Min. 3 nights stay. Quiet hours 10 PM - 8 AM
