Primitive camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
We operate a farm in the Mudgee area, and we're about 20 mins from the township of Gulgong where you can pick up supplies. If you're up for a hike or an adventure, we are located close to Goulburn River National Park and Lees Pinch lookout, which has a walking track offering spectacular views across the south and east of the National Park, and is perfect for birdwatching. Enjoy a campfire dinner or simply relax around the crackling campfire in the evenings. There is plenty of timber lying around so help yourself. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. Your pooch is most welcome to join you but must be on a lead at all times as we have a lot of farm animals. You are welcome to take your kids for a close up greet and meet with the animals over the fence. This is a family friendly campsite, please no shooting, dirt-bike riding or 4WDing on the property. By far our favourite property we had the pleasure of staying at! Thank you so much for giving us such a memorable experience of farm life. Our kids 13 & 10 absolutely loved exploring your property on the buggy with Carols, watching all the animas, going for walks, enjoying a fire under the beautiful sky and the amazing fresh eggs from Lydia. Carlos and Lydia you were both very welcoming and made us all feel right at home we can’t wait to come back to your farm with our friends and family.

We had such a wonderful time camping here. Beautiful property with alpacas and sheep roaming nearby. Plenty of firewood that we were able to use. The hosts were so friendly and took us for a tour of the farm and let our 2.5 year old help feed the sheep. A very enjoyable family holiday.

Accomodating hosts and great site!
Lydia and her husband were very accomodating at the farm! The google maps pin was spot on and directions were easy to get to. The campsite was great with open views of the farmland. You definitely feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle without hearing a single car go by. During our stay, Lydia’s husband took us on a tour of the farm and provided a background on what the land was like prior to them owning and the plans for the future, it was a very insightful experience. He even invited us to join him on his hunting trip that night which was a new fun experience for us. It was explained on why the hunting was required to upkeep the land for agriculture. This place is 2wd friendly in the dry. The winds can pick up so be prepared for that since it sits in a valley. The stars were amazing at night. I would recommend this stay to anyone who is considering it!

Secluded and pure escapism
An absolutely beautiful place to switch off and get away from it all. I love that the owners have made this only one camp site, keeping it secluded, peaceful and feeling like you are camping a million miles away. I cannot wait to return. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly, we truly enjoyed our stay.
