If you love camping, fishing & kayaking, you'll love it here! Welcome to our 170 acre property with approx 1 km of Deua River frontage. Lovely grassy campsites by the water. Want to throw a line in? The river is tidal and we are located where the freshwater meets the salt making for some interesting fishing, fresh and saltwater fish have been caught here. We offer peaceful dog-friendly camping. There are no amenities so campers must be self- contained and leave no trace. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren't in place and firewood available to purchase by the wheelbarrow load (see extras). Good access - tents, camp trailers, campervans & caravans all are welcome as long as you have own toilet. Our farm is home to some beef cattle, horses, sheep, dogs, cats, chickens, & pet rabbits . We also have an abundance of wildlife including wombats, possums, kangaroos and many native birds & some reptiles.

My wife and I and two friends camped on Sue's beautiful Land. We stayed over the Easter weekend and was so good being away from the crowded caravan parks in towns close by which would been chaotic and busy and having someone's kitchen in our sleeping area. Sue's Land was beautiful landscape of rolling hills filled with cattle and horses and plenty of space for all campers with her sites spread across her land. Our site backed onto a swimmable creek and found everything about our stay unreal and a great escape from the grey dull canberra city. Can not wait to book more stays at her property. 100% RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK IN FOR A CAMP WITH HER AND HER HIPCAMP PROPERTY.

We loved the spot, it is so peaceful and all sites are right in the river. The hosts are super friendly and the town is just a short drive away. Loved our Easter break here!

Camping at the edge of the river
My daughter loved to feed the little sheep and enjoyed the animals on the farm Sue was more then kind, They open up a spot for us coz we can not find anything during Easter holiday. Great spot edge of the river, peaceful farm, easy drive in with a caravan, We be back definitely in the future
