Well looked after level campgrounds
Lovely level well maintained area to easily accommodate two camps. Views are magic. Lovely at night to plane spot all the comings and goings at the Gold Coast airport. A lovely very welcome breeze when we got there but the draw back was the road noise especially if the wind blows your way. Once you got used to it it was a great spot.

Campsite 3 - overlooking dam
What a great spot in the country and so close to the beautiful beaches of Northern NSW. We had a lovely 2 nights on Georgina's property with our 2 dogs. Perched overlooking the dam we were able to capture the sea breezes and enjoy the great scenery.
We will definitely be back again!

Great location with views 🏕️
We had a great time at Keltara, super easy 2wd access. Great private spot with plenty of room. Awesome views of the mountains and dam.
You can hear the M1 slightly, but wouldn’t discourage us from coming again. This is also mentioned in the description.

Campsite 3 - overlooking dam
Georgina was a wonderful host, this was a great spot for us to land and sleep while we visited family in Pottsville and cabarita beach throughout the day. We really liked how campsite 3 was nice and shady in the mornings as the sun came over. Beautiful view and the cows all came out on the hills in the morning to have their grass which was lovely to wake up and see. Yes you could hear the motorway but it didn’t bother us at all and couldn’t hear it in our van when I slept. Thank you!
