Come enjoy our slice of heaven as we restore this ranch to its original glory. This off-the-grid property is in the heart of Pilot Valley with an epic view of Pilot Peak.
The property itself is 40 acres - however, you'll have an exclusive view of the entire vacant valley comprised of millions of acres. The entire 40 acres are fully fenced for your horses to pasture after a day of riding, along with the round pen for any lunging/accessory work you might like to utilize. Separate stalls available if needed.
Endless miles of trails whether you're on foot, bike, quads, horseback, etc.!
Perfect for photographers as well, even if just for a day shoot! The stars here...are something you're going to want to see with your own eyes. Little to no light pollution here = a SEA o
