We have approximately 100 acres of forest, with two ponds, a sweet riparian area, hiking/biking trails, and lots of privacy even though we are reached through a rural residential area. We are 6 miles from Travelers’ Rest State Park, 2 miles from Ft. Fizzle, 20 minutes from Missoula and 3 hours from Glacier National Park and 5 from Yellowstone. In 2017 much of our property was burned in the Lolo Peak forest fire but after 5 years and a lot of work we have re-claimed much of our land-most people wouldn’t know it burned.
