We have an almost level gravel pad with a horseshoe driveway. Easy to back into the spot with an RV or can pull forward with a motorhome. We live in a RV on our land. This area of Townsend can be very windy at times but the views are amazing! The land has no trees for shade but helps with the 360 degree views.
Beautiful 360 degree views of the lake and mountains! Amazing sunrises and sunsets! Canyon Ferry Lake less than 2 miles away. Views of the Elkhorns and Big Belt Mountain Ranges! Bring your kayak in the summer and go ice fishing in the winter! Fly fish in the Missouri River. Halfway between Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks! 30 min to Helena!
