Enjoy 140 feet of lake shore on one of the best lakes in all of Douglas County! Lake Chippewa is perfect for boating, fishing, paddle boarding and everything that lake life has to offer. It’s a relatively quiet lake that awaits the traveler looking to experience all the joy of the surrounding area. One acre of land is completely open! It’s largely flat with a gradual slope towards the bluff and the water down below.
There is no electricity or toilet services at this location at this time.
Walking down the bluff to the lake is easy for reasonably healthy people. However, it could be cumbersome for people that have trouble walking down steep hills. My 70 year old father can do it easily but others may need to use more precautions.
