This property sits on 11 acres touching the middle branch river. Enjoy a 3/4 acre swimming and fishing pond with a paddle boat. Off roaders can easily get to Leota trail system or the consumers energy gravel pits with 1000 acres for your enjoyment. We have on-site luxury outhouse. Some times during the year well water is also available. There is small solar electric to charge devices. Several spots for RVs up to 40ft. Tent campsites by pond or full off grid river campsite.
