What more do you need than a private camping site and your 125' of your own pristine Lake Superior beachfront access? Well, there is the need of a fire ring so we added that, too! Everything else you will to bring to enjoy the million dollar views. Oh, and on the opposite side of the camping site is quiet slough which is great for smooth water paddling and exploring. Down the gravel road about 1/3 miles are logging roads to hike, bike and explore. OHV trails are a couple miles away but check local maps for detailed information. There is a port-a-john available. You will need to bring your own firewood if you desire a campfire.There is ample room for two tents, plus parking, or an RV and a tent, or so. The beach faces east for magnificent sunrise views and the sun sets over the slough. Stunning scenery is all around! There is one neighbor to the north and another seasonal neighbor 300 feet to the south. You will not feel pinched in. The driveway is right off the dirt road that has moderate traffic of vacationers during peak summer months. RVs may be parked on the left side or front of the property. Driving RVs in the sand may cause them to get stuck which happened once. Otherwise no trailers have been mired in the sand. The local area has many vacationing amenities including blueberry picking at Panchos, on the other side of the slough. Simply check the local tourist guides for the Keweenaw for information.

It was very beautiful.. The beach is perfect for the kids to play in the sand but not much for rock hunting.. Will definitely be going back!!

PHENOMENAL Lake Superior beach!!!
Outstanding site! Todd was very helpful, responsive, and informative. Absolutely phenomenal views on both sides of Lake Superior and the beautiful wetland area behind, and more sandy beach space than we could’ve asked for! The site was tidy and straightforward, the port-a-john was clean, and the fire pit was great. We slept in my truck topper camper setup, and there are plenty of parking/tent spots to choose from. While there is a neighboring home pretty close to the site on one side, there’s a privacy fence, and no neighbor on the other side for quite a ways. Todd had told me that there was AT&T cell reception when I asked, and he was absolutely right. Overall we were extremely happy with the site, and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Todd!!!

I did a winter camping stay here and although it was super windy with lots of snow (wasn’t mad about it!), I’d imagine this site would be absolutely stunning during the warm months! Lots of space to set camp up & Todd was super friendly via our message exchanges! Thanks for the great spot, Todd!
