A beautiful, quiet, and peaceful camping experience on a separate 1 acre section divided into two camping sites. The site is located just down the road from a private beach where you can launch kayaks , paddle boards and canoes. The road is paved and excellent for riding bikes off the campsite area to explore around the peninsula. Holbrook Sanctuary is down the road which offers beaches, trails and local events. This quiet retreat will leave you at peace with nature and all Harborside, ME has to offer.

Camp 1 (Lower Campsite)
Very quite and peaceful site
Very peaceful and quiet spot. There are only two camping spots, and both spots are far enough apart that you don’t hear the other. My only qualm was that the site had recently been cleared and the slash burned so the site had quite a bit of charcoal, which meant dirty feet and other gear. This will get better with time as grass establishes. Also, it a small walk (100 feet) to the site, which I liked but does mean you have to be able to carry your gear (or bring a small cart?). Justin has provided a lot of amenities- including trash can at site, and a shared shower (cold only), sink with water, and porta potty. He sells fire wood and kindling.

Camp 2 (Upper Campsite)
This was a nice, quiet, VERY large cleared camp site space on Justin's land. Had a fire ring with grille and a picnic table. Even a latrine and full sink and a shower! Convenient drive to many hiking trails and a beautiful ocean view down the block where I went to enjoy my morning coffee.

Camp 2 (Upper Campsite)
This spot is just absolutely perfect, a little slice of heaven in my opinion! Running water is provided in a common area between the 2 campsites in the form of a sink and a shower stall. Port-a-potty on site as well. This is a generous sized campsite with well more than enough room to pitch a tent and my 10'x10' canopy to stay in the shade and out of the rain. A 5 minute walk down the lane brings you to an access point to a beach that is perfect to explore at low tide. Justin is an excellent host that genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay, saying that he wants to share with others what he gets to experience everyday. Holbrook sanctuary is right up the road and definitely worth visiting for some beautiful hiking or a picnic on the water. Don't hesitate on this spot, it doesn't get any better, you won't regret it!

Camp 2 (Upper Campsite)
Great Camping, beach, dogs allowed
We enjoyed our stay very much. What a beautiful and a peaceful camp! Justin is a thoughtful and responsive host. The camp is clean, with everything you need to have a pleasant camping in Maine. We enjoyed a sun heated shower on a sunny day. We could not get enough of the private beach. You can safely use your paddle board there and your pup will love it too. Thank you Justin for having us at the camp. Our Maine experience was a memorable one.
