Up-and-coming Christmas tree farm sits near the Iowa River (1/4 mile away). Up to 7 electrical hookups. In between two smaller towns (Alden / iowa falls) with restaurants and things to do. We have a big gravel lot. Christmas trees, timber, and a creek to explore. A nice peaceful setting to enjoy with friends and family.12786 H Ave, Alden, IA - Pitch your tent anywhere amongst the trees. The RV hook ups (30 and 50amp) are in a horse shoe position to hook up rvs. We have picnic tables and 3 fire rings for our guests along with firewood which is part of the deal. Big tree swing & Pets are allowed but occasionally the farm dog Jazzy is out there (German shorthair) we can bring her home if needed she’s pretty calm and keeps the deer away!
