Experience the tranquility on 3 acres of rural beauty with stunning views of Lake Mathews. Surrounded by nature, an ecological preserve, amazing sunsets, stars, and a beautiful view of the lake. We are quiet and serene but close to the cities of Corona, Norco, and Riverside. Lake Perris is 20 minutes away and a great place to go swimming, fishing or boating. Lake Mathews is a private reservoir, so you cannot access the lake, but Lake Perris is a public lake about 20 minutes away for swimming, fishing and boating. There are tons of hiking trails nearby and we are surrounded by ecological preserves. The area is very peaceful and serene. We are approximately 1-hour drive to: * Temecula * Idyllwild * Palm Springs * Hollywood * San Diego * Laguna/Newport/Huntington Beaches * Joshua Tree National Park * Indio/Coachella * Big Bear Ski Resort

Lake view site

Michelle's campsite is quiet, clean, restroom conveniently located near the entrance gate. The restroom and shower facilities have a hot water heater for immediate access to hot water. Solar lights provide nighttime illumination. Cell phone signals are partially available, with mostly LTE and 2G coverage for T-Mobile users. We had a fantastic time with friends and family at Michelle's property and highly recommend it. The only minor issue was with the restroom door, which didn't close properly. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Lake view site

Nice quiet site with a good view and easy to find. Michelle had a bathroom and water available but we were self-contained and didn't need it. Very friendly host. Good spot for an overnight stay.

Lake view site

Level and private area to camp with our van. The lower campground had a view of the lake but we changed to the upper site to have more privacy. If you’re renting the barn the upper site is right next to it. It was quiet and peaceful all times of the day.

Large Gated Site

Great Memories Made Here

The Pepperwood Ranch was a great place for our trip. Clean facilities and a barn to hang out in (small extra charge, but well worth it). Our campsite was super spacious, the boys had enough space to play soccer. Michelle was a great host.
