Wild & Free Farm, Georgia

We moved from an in-town Atlanta neighborhood to Chattahoochee Hills in 2019 in order to be closer to extended family and to immerse ourselves in nature. It required a leap-of-faith to make such a radical lifestyle change, but it has proven to be one of the most life-giving decisions our family has ever made. We feel very connected to our new human community, our rural neighbors of Chattahoochee Hills and our quasi-rural neighbors of Serenbe, as well as to the community of wildlife that resides all around us. The land we call home was cared for by the Hearn family for generations prior, and some of the family members have generously shared their oral history with us.
