RV Site 18 - Paulk Park RV Park
We are in a 40’ motorhome. This site was way off level. By 14”. We ended up moving to site 10 which was better but still a ways off. Nice park though. Clean and well kept. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. Bathrooms and park were clean and nicely kept. There was only one other camper. Nice and a quiet.

High traffic non campers
No gate, high speed cars driving right by campers, non campers bringing dogs in. Homeless set up right by paying campers. Non campers continually coming by to fish.

RV Site 2 - Paulk Park RV Park
Paulk Park is a quiet campground that not many seem to know about. We stayed there eight years ago and intend to visit again. Fitzgerald is also an interesting town with a nice history. It may be off the beaten path but definitely worth a visit.

Not safe
Non campers are in and out of the campground all hours of the day and night. The campground is turning into a homeless camp. It is in no way safe. Non campers bring dogs to the campground and let them run and poop everywhere. One night during our stay we had the door open and the screen door closed and a person (Non camper) was letting their dog run around and it tried to get into our camper. Two nights later the same dog accosted me and my dog. My dog was leashed. The woman left when I threatened to call the police. We have been staying at this campground at least once a year since 2018 and it has steadily gotten worse and more unsafe.
