Harper’s Haven, Georgia

Harper’s Haven is a private secluded lot located just a short 3-4 minute walk to the Toccoa River where you may fish, launch a small john boat or play in the river. We spend a lot of our time fishing and having family time in this quiet spot away from the elbow to elbow sites in campgrounds. You are near town so shopping, dining and entertainment is easily accessible but far enough to feel that “camping” vibe.
The property is gated with water, power and sewer. We allow tent camping along with our RV so feel free to bring the family. This is a perfect spot to unwind and relax.
We are placing one of our beautiful units on the property for rental. There is a large fire pit, deck, grill, and picnic table. Cell service is good so hotspots pick up well.
There is a walking path beside the property that takes you directly down to the Toccoa River to spend your days fishing in a common area or relaxing by the river.
There is no bathroom or shower facilities other than with the camper rental. This will be available starting August 13th 2022. Pics shown are prior to our actual set up at the property but does give you an idea of where the camper will go.
** Camper description: 33 ft Puma - Sleeps 4 inside with private queen master bedroom, Rear kitchen, Keurig & regular coffee pot. All basic pots,pans and utensils. Must bring your own linens. Two large slides, recliners, sofa, Roku TV and dinette. Large fridge with outdoor seating and deck.
