Zoie's Moonrise is a private RV Lot for 1 RV. We are located approximately 400 feet to our neighborhood private boardwalk. Zoie's can accommodate all sizes of RV's/Mororhome. 30/50 amp electric and full service water and sewer. We have a large screened porch and a fire ring. There are several restaurants on Cape San Blas Road and we have a very convenient restaurant at the beginning of Moonrise Ave. Cape San Blas allows bonfires on the beach, and is pet friendly. You can also go horseback riding on the beach! The Cape is a laid back community with a bike trail that goes all the way to the state park. Come enjoy the serenity of the Cape!Large lot with plenty of privacy. The lot is on the Gulf side of Cape San Blas with approximately 800 feet to the Gulf of Mexico. We are not Gulf front but close enough to hear the waves at night! Zoie's is Self Check In. Also a pet friendly site. Sorry no tents. Cape San Blas is known for fishing, boating or kayaking. Rent a bike and ride the trail. Sit in the screen porch and enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! There is beach driving with a County permit only. Please adhere to the County ordinance of Leave No Trace and Mandatory Evacuation notice by Gulf County. If there is a Mandatory Evacuation by County Officials, you must move your RV off of the lot. It must be moved out of Cape San Blas into a inland area.

Zoie's Moonrise RV Lot

Glad to stay here! We love the forgotten coast BECAUSE it is still a sleepy area without all the commercial flair of Destin etc. Condo’s have gotten outrageous for 2 and a dog at the Cape so we are thrilled to camp near the beach in our RV. Thank you Abbie!

Peaceful 2 wks

Easy walk to ocean beach, easy RV parking, very quiet location. The best part was the sizable screen room with picnic table provided. Also appreciated the outside shower and additional hose to use. Thanks a bunch! See you next time!

Lovely spot on Cape San Blas

Perfect! Great communication with host. Space is large, level, quiet and offers privacy. The screen room is a huge bonus. Love the proximity to the beach. The smokehouse restaurant was a favorite as well. Thanks Abbie!

Camping with dogs

The RV site was perfect for our trailer. Great connections. Sewer was perfect. The screen porch was awesome, to be able to seat in and enjoy the view. The lot is protected from the wind by the sand dunes. Beach access. The dogs and ourselves enjoyed the stay. We are coming back.
