Full hook-up extra large RV LOT right off North Cape San Blas Rd. Sunrise views of St Joe Bay and a short walk or bike to the beach (approx .4 miles from site). Located on an acre and a half lot stretching from Cape San Blas Rd to the bay, there is plenty of room for extra cars, boat parking, and complete privacy. Direct access to St Joe Bay from private dock coming soon.Located just South of Cape Palms park, you will be a short 10 minute walk (or 1 minute bike ride) to the beautiful, uncrowded white sand beach and clear waters of Cape San Blas. Another minute North and you can access Rish Park with a long stretches of beach and access to both the beachside and bayside. Take a 13 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride to the coffee, ice cream, donut shop, and Cape Trading Post for your essentials. St Joe Shrimp company is also within walking distance for fresh seafood to cook yourself or dine in. Enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the same place on this lovely and wild peninsula. We love the old Florida vibe. The RV pad is extra large on our 1.7 acre lot. We face a beautiful morning sunrise and the lot is shaded in the afternoon heat. We have a picnic table and outdoor shower. We will be adding a paved area, fire pit and private bay dock to the site soon. We are about 30 feet off the road, unlike many other sites, and it is actually very quiet and peaceful. The bike path crosses our driveway and takes you all along the Cape. There are sandy areas and plenty of space for kids to play and explore as well. There is currently no bay access until our dock is built, although there are bay views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located to some really good places to eat and to ice cream! Enjoyed the easily accessible beautiful beaches. We will camp here again in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! 2 minute walk to Skulley’s for Low Country Boil. Ten minute walk to Fish Market, grocery, ice cream and the beach. Local bike rental made getting around easy as we did not bring our car. Outdoor shower/platform was perfect for rinsing beach gear. We were in a 40ft coach and had no problem getting in and out. We would definitely return!

Thank you Jana for such a great place to enjoy the Cape! The site was spacious and only a short walk to the beach from a public access path a couple of streets North. We also loved being on the bay side and the protection that provided from the wind. Let us know when you add the dock on the bayside. That's the only thing that would have made our perfect week even better. Thank you so much. We'll be back!!!

Site is convenient to the cape with lots of things to do while visiting. Only issue we incurred during stay was construction ongoing nearby with a loud beeping sound each morning at 8:00 due to construction crew moving equipment. New homes being built block the morning sunrise view so that’s a bummer. Site itself was ok with electric, water, and sewer connections available. Some have made note of dip entering from the road but we had no problem as owner has applied sand to reduce drop from the asphalt. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location for this site is amazing. Price is great too considering what others go for on the cape. We had one issue of trash not being picked up but Jana responded immediately when I told her and called to get that taken care of. There are sand spurs in the driveway so wear foot covering at all times. Honestly the only thing that would make me hesitate to book again is the super strict cancellation policy. Life happens
