Learn more about this land: We recently purchased this 10 acre property. It is perfectly flat and level. We currently have 8 sites available with 30/50 amp and water. The local Camping World in Lake City FL has a dump station, so I advise dumping your tanks before you arrive.Nice quiet area. Partially wooded, partially open grassy field. If you want total privacy and want to boondock (no hookups) you can go the the far edge of the field and park partially in the woods. Stay at Pop Pop’s!

We loved our stop over at Don’s! He greeted us, lent us some leveling blocks, and showed us around his shop the next morning. We’d definitely stay again when passing through!

Perfect spot to rest for the night

Friendly host. Quiet and flat out of the way spot not too far from the main road. Not difficult to find. Clear view of the sky for our Starlink. Nice trail for walking our dog. 50 Amps and water was great too. Highly recommend.

Great Place

First time trying hipcamp and this was a great experience. So friendly, and Don helped us fix our tire issue on our camper,our 2 dogs loved being able to run around free,had a little trouble finding at first ,do not follow Google directions to turn on 124th rd! We will definitely stop again when in the area.

Pop Pops was a great stay! Don was very friendly and helpful; the property had loads of room to turn around. The woods and trail around the property is awesome to walk the dog.

A great place to stopover

1) if you use Googlesps, DO NOT TRY THE 124TH ST ROUTE! GO FARTHER AND TURN ON LOW LAKE RD. 2) Don has great communication skills! Don't be afraid to message him ahead of time 3) he has LOTS of space, no worries there! Good, solid hookup available! 4) IF you have a small RV problem or questions, reach him well before you arrive. HE WILL KNOW THE SOLUTION, might have time to help for a fee. He knows RVs inside and out! 5) it's a nice, peaceful area, no security issues. Very safe. He and his wife are great people!!! Even his big dog is nice! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 6) I'd have to INVENT something bad to say about this stopover. NOT GONNA DO IT! He's a SOLID CITIZEN for sure! 👌👌👌
