Primitive no Hookups and no dumping. Reconnect with nature, a beautiful private 1 acre wooded RV site with gorgeous magnolias and pines overlooking Apalachicola Bay. Share access to a private dock with two boat slips and great fishing. Beautiful trees you can hang your hammocks or just walk through the woods. Be ready to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You may see dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and mullets jumping. Kayaking, canoeing, fishing or even swimming off the dock. There's wildlife watching right from your own campsite such as dolphins chasing mullets or just playing. Learn more about this land: Vehicle access is pull-through. Pull in from Hwy 98 or from CC Land at the rear of the property. The RV's surface area is loose gravel and will require leveling. We can accommodate vehicles up to 55 ft. maximum length and RV slide outs. Campfires are allowed within local regulations. Pets are welcome! Please keep your pet on leash at all times. We have chickens and rabbits. We are right off US-98, there may be some traffic noise. Magnolias Bay RV Site + Dock

Waterview GEM!

The site was perfect- very clean and had amenities like a trash can, seating, a very nice firepit, plenty of firewood, and a hammock. We had the most beautiful sunrise our first morning! Road noise was loud but not bad overnight, we slept just fine! Fishing at the dock was great- we caught quite a few catfish and redfish. It was Easter weekend, so we walked over to meet the hosts, they were very sweet!

Osprey catching his 🐟 dinner!

Great location and privacy. The dock is directly across the street. I was able to see an Osprey fishing. Only spent one night but will definitely be back!

Magnolias Bay RV Site + Dock

Great spot for a relaxing short stay. Very private and the dock access is great. They have done all that they can with this space. The highway noise is a bit annoying if you are a light sleeper but run a fan or other white noise and you're good to go.

Magnolias Bay RV Site + Dock

Beautiful site with beautiful views

Absolutely beautiful site! We stayed one night but wished we had booked more. We booked the day of with no issues. We both said numerous times we wished we had just stayed there for our trip. - The site was so spacious and secluded. Yes there is a house next door but the trees and privacy panels make it very private. The view was great even with the water being across 98. I went across the street with my coffee to watch the sunrise over the Bay. The site is close to Piggly Wiggly in Apalachicola or IGA in carrabelle. Grab breakfast at the Mornin’ Bite in Carrabelle, or dinner at Trident in Panacea. The road noise didn’t bother us one bit.

Magnolias Bay RV Site + Dock

Very well set up, so many amenities! Even firewood chopped and ready to go. Private and beautiful. The dock is fantastic! It was fun and easy to spend the day at St George Island. However, The road sound is loud, and one night many dogs barked thru the night.
