We have a nice little RV pad on the back of our coastal home. Situated on a little bayou that opens out into Choctawhatchee Bay. Crab Island is only a 10 minute boat ride away. You would have access to our small dock and there is a neighborhood boat ramp less than one hundred feet away. This is a great place for kayaks, wave runners, and small boats. If you don't have a boat, we can set up any kind of trip you want. We are all licensed captains and own multiple Crab Island businesses. We have a 32' sailboat that has been in our family for 3 generations and our oldest son runs charters on it. You can charter our pontoon boat for as many as 6 people to take you to Crab Island as well as some other spots that only locals know about. We can also accommodate up to 2 people on an inshore flats skiff targeting redfish and trout on light spinning gear and fly rods. The neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Walton with large oaks and magnolias providing plenty of shade for bike riding and walking. Downtown Fort Walton with its shops and quaint restaurants is only a mile away. Didn't bring a bike, we have 2 you can use. The site comes with water/sewer and 30 Amp hookup. Kayakers Paradise

I loved camping on Eric’s property. The water views were relaxing. The area where we camped felt pretty private. Full hook up as advertised, for a self contained camper. Just feet away from a boat ramp where you can launch your kayaks and explore the shoreline. The location is near a beautiful beach, and a nice shopping area. The neighborhood is pretty. A handout sheet with info about local restaurants would be nice. There was no wifi, so we couldn’t research that easily.

Great location

The location is everything! It’s an easy walk to the downtown area and an easy drive to Destin or beaches. Eric was easy to communicate with and the spot is great. Would come back in a second!

Eric's place was awesome, I highly recommend especially if you have a small boat or jet ski with you. Eric was really great, very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.

Beautiful views of the water from the RV, access to his dock, public boat ramp steps away, beautiful neighborhood for walking and biking. 1 mile walk to local coffee shots, restaurants and bars.
