We are just a small 12 acre property working towards being a self-sustaining homestead. We have several cozy spots where you can park your travel trailer or larger RV. If you would like to camp out by our pond with lots of privacy and a great view, you will want to be prepared to run your generator for power and fill up your fresh water tanks before your arrival. If you require 30amp hookups, we'll put you a bit closer to the house and hook you up to water and power behind the barn. While you're here we're very happy to share our lovely farm animals with you. Never held a chicken before? You can here! Want to pet a goat or hold a goat kid? We're happy to let you do so. I'm not sure the ducks will let you hold or pet them, but you can certainly watch them swim and quack throughout the day. Want to sit on the dock of the bay? Well, we don't have a bay, but we do have a pond with a dock where you can do some fishing or just enjoy the feel of the sun on your face and the sounds of the birds chirping. There's also a really nice park across the street where you can see a waterfall. Yes a waterfall in Florida. It's small but beautiful and there's some trails where you can walk around the park and enjoy all the beauty mother nature has to offer. Learn more about this land: Lake City is known as the gateway to Florida due to it's adjacency to I75 and I10. It is Disney for outdoor enthusiasts, festival goers, music lovers or those who simply want to spend a little time in a quiet, tranquil setting. Lake City has crystal-clear freshwater springs, rocking music festivals, history, culture, paddling and biking. Whether you're looking for an overnight spot or a place to camp for several days, our little spot is conveniently located less than a mile off of I10, exit 301. You'll be privately tucked into a quiet corner of our property where you have a walking trail and full access to our stocked pond for fishing or just hanging out. There's a little Columbia County Park co-managed with Suwannee River Water Management District across the street. The park has a boardwalk that takes you out to view the waterfall, picnic tables, a playground and a historic church. Pond - Boondocking

Jessica and Joey were great hosts. It had rained hard for a couple of days before we arrived and the Pond proved too soft for our big travel trailer and 2 wheel drive truck. We got stuck. Joey, his son Skylar (with the help of his tractor) got us unstuck and moved to a dryer spot nestled in the trees. I would definitely stay here again.

Pasture With Shade - Boondocking

Loved it!!

Fantastic farm setting. Three or four completely separated areas and a new camper that they AirBB. MET Joey the owner. Just a great guy. I bought the goose eggs and chicken eggs, and he threw in some duck eggs. All amazing. His cow followed my dog n I on a walk of the property. We stayed next to the pond. Spotless picnic table, fire pit and swing. There’s a small dock you can fish off of. Incredibly quiet and safe. Right off the hwy. perfect Hipcamp stay.

Pond - Boondocking

What a treat!!!!

This place is wonderful! Parked right next to the pond was delightful even though I got in just before dark!! They even delivered my Krystal burgers from DoorDash to my camper on their golf cart!! Talk about hospitality!! Jessica and Joey were the BEST hosts!! Thanks so much guys!!!

Nice stop headed home from FLA

Peaceful easy stop near 75/10. Friendly host. We parked our van near the pond and had a nice quiet night.
