Located at the beginning of the continental divide trail. Open to off-roading in the summer and hiking year-round. Very close to St Mary's glacier. Street is plowed in the winter for year-round accessibility. Shed has a composting toilet and a urinal. Only 58 minutes away from downtown Denver and 15 minutes from Idaho Springs. After a brief hour drive from Denver, find yourself at one of the most desirable spots in St Mary's at the corner of the continental divide trail. Ample street parking right in front of the property and most vehicles can go over the gravel driveway to park on the property "I did it in an AWD Ford Fusion so any AWD crossover should easily do it, smaller RVs as well". After you set up your tent, you can explore the trail that's practically your backyard or go to the glacier hike nearby. Idaho Springs is a short 15 minute drive with plenty of things to do. Shed has a composting toilet and urinal. Please do not dispose of anything toxic in the urinal as it dumps into the soil.

The Continental Divide Corner
The campsite is at an angle. There is also a fair amount of traffic to Loch Lomond.

The Continental Divide Corner
Nice spot to camp if you need somewhere cheap to sleep! Ground was a little uneven but for the price it was worth it! It was also nice to have a private place to go to the bathroom. Don’t forget to bring your own toilet paper!

The Continental Divide Corner
Not worth the price
The site was very sloping, right next to road with lots of hiking traffic, and didn't feel like it was worth the price, but it was a safe place to camp for the night at least.
