Just what we needed for a night closer to Denver than most Rv parks. Nice mix of summer sun and rain so we didn’t need hook ups for AC, therefore perfect to be off grid parked here. Trailer is 23 feet, and backing in was a tadddd challenging from the street area to not hit the neighbors yard decor, but made it happen.

Great space, very peaceful. Location is great as well, close to everything. Our camper is 38 feet long and we had plenty of space but backing up was a little tight. Be sure to have a 120 to 30 amp converter for your power (if not Harbor Freight is nearby and sells them for around $10). Our dog loved the park that is right next door. Dani is a great host.

Makes getting around Denver easy!
I loved my stay here! It’s a quiet secluded spot with super easy access to freeways to get around town. Plenty of shopping nearby and a bunch of small parks to walk my dogs within walking distance. Some neighbors even have horses you’ll see and the park behind the house often has sports leagues practicing in the field that were fun to watch.
