Enjoy the large lawn as well as the covered patio with firepit, BBQ, picnic table, and an outdoor TV. Site is located on a Cul-de-Sac to make maneuvering your rig easy. The Blue House is just South of downtown Grand Junction and is adjacent to the Mesa County Fairgrounds, KOA Campground, and the Old Spanish Trail. Easy bicycle access to the riverfront path, Las Colonias Amphitheater, and the Lunch Loop trail system. Well behaved dogs welcome. Great little spot with full hookup

Perfect quiet place to set up for a few nights to explore the area. Joel was quick to answer any questions and the access to a backyard, grill and washer/dryer was awesome. Would definitely return!

Amenities galore in peaceful place!

This was the perfect situation. I am amazed at all the amenities they provide - electric, raging fast wifi so we could work from our airstream, sewage, even a BBQ picnic area with a Roku TV outdoors under their beautiful trees?? Flat spot for easy parking of our 2 foot airstream. And in the quietest neighborhood ever? This is such a great gem. Thank you!

Biking, Beers & Dogs!!

I have three letters to describe our stay at Joel's...W.O.W!! What a great place and atmosphere. The Blue House was so close to MTN Biking trails out the front door as well as a short drive away from Fruita and the Kokapelli trails. You can road bike from the house and Breweries galore only minutes away. Joel is very dog friendly and the yard is enclosed for your furry friends to roam as well as a nice relaxing waterfall with grills. I used the RV spot with full electric, water and sewer! This surely beats an RV park and you feel like you have your own little RV park to yourself! HIGHLY recommend staying at the Blue House for your Grand Junction Adventures no matter what they are!!
