Tranquil RV spot on one acre near our passive eco-home with campfire spot and 5 minute walk to Yamhill River with access for kayaking, rafting, and exploring!
We are growing an orchard and want to share our rural little farm "Farmito" with traveling guests. We are an hour's drive from the Pacific Ocean. Our mile long rural road is great for family bike rides. We look forward to meeting you.We have one acre with growing orchard and wild spaces, mud kitchens and play nooks for little ones, optionally fenced fire pit, small, fenced pond for bird watching and frog listening. We regularly see herons, jays, killdeer, vultures, quail, owls, bald eagles and more! We have neighbors on 1 - 5 acre properties around us, but it's quiet and relaxed. You can camp or park on on an old horse track. Depending on the season, you'll see a few apple, cherry or hawthorn trees in blossom. In summer, You may pick blackberries and sample the local apples. We are a 11 minute walk to the Yamhill County Locks Park with swings, covered picnic areas, and a footpath to river access for kayaks, canoes, and small rafts. Mellow family biking is a great activity on our road. Need supplies? Town is close by!
