Over 800 acres of land! Mountain scenery, wildlife and rare bird sightings, serenity and beauty. Where the buffalo really roamed! The movie Centennial was filmed on our place! Hike to your heart's content, or mountain bike, fish and enjoy natural waterfalls less than 2 miles up the road. Sharing the beauty of our land is our greatest desire.

TENT CAMPERS: Our property has tons of hiking. You pick your spot out of 65 acres. No lugging heavy gear! Park right next to the spot that you want when tent camping! Owner will simply point you in the right direction. Usually we are at Red Flag status, BUT, you MUST bring your own fire extinguisher.

Less than 43 miles from Laramie and Cheyenne, and only a half hour drive to Fort Collins.

RV PARKING: 8 sites! Sites 1-5 allow pets. Water hook ups in sites 4,5 & 6. All sites are 75 yards or more apart! Each site has a fire-pit, ( cannot be used during red flag status) tables, chairs.

You can book a fishing tour with professional guides down the Poudre, or simply just set up on our property. You can also visit two horseback-riding stables close by if you want a trail ride. Yes, we have waterfalls 3 miles down the road. All info provided when you arrive and meet. Just ask!
