Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Beautiful getaway for dry camping with view of Pikes Peak. Very quiet and and easy to get to on a dirt road. About 20 mins ride to 11 mile Reservoir and 20 mins to Lake George. Just stay and relax, no frills and no one to bother you. There is level parking for RV. It is easy pull off from the road. Visitors must leave entire area exactly how they find it and clean up after themselves.Explore the many trails around the area. Take a drive to 11 Mile Reservoir, Lake George or South Platte River. Great location is only an hour from Colorado Springs so makes a great 1 or 2 night getaway from the city. No need to worry about driving the forest looking for open spots, drive up to your reserved private spot.

Mountain Peaceful Landing

It was quiet, and very dark, perfect for star gazing! The directions were perfect and there’s service, at least Verizon.

I can’t write a review because I never checked in it was a misunderstanding and I thought it was alone not near other people so I asked for a refund and the host was awesome and had no problem refunding me , it looked very nice just wasn’t as secluded as I wanted it to be but Holly was helpful and nice
