A beautiful views 5 acres lot near eleven mile and Spinney reservoirs to pop your boat/kayak/canoe in the water. Port o potty on site during Summer. October through March there is NO port o potty. Gravel driveway to make entry easier but feel free to pull off into open field . (DO NOT DRIVE OVER THE SEPTIC) Plenty of open field to spread out onto. The property only has two campers available at any time allowing for space and privacy. Wood provided and enclosed fire pit available if not in use. Pike national forest welcome center is within a few miles. Lots of Mother Nature to hike and explore. Drive to Buena Vista for a nice afternoon outing. Feel free to safely and respectfully ride your ATVs on the dirt roads not on the property. Enjoy coffee while enjoying
