A new 4 acre reservoir makes this even more surreal ...surrounded by Grand Mesa National Forest and BLM, it’s a No Crowds getaway! The views and serenity are amazing! Camp by a mountain stream or waterfall, you can determine your tranquil spot! Free range cattle are currently in the property. Wildlife , photo opportunities galore! We do have a one room small shack with a wood burning stove limited availability. Parties or events not allowed
