The land is a working farm, with roots to the area that go back generations. It is centrally located to fantastic attractions in the Southwest--the La Plata Mountains, Durango for great dining, the Durango Narrow Gauge Railroad, or the Animas River for river sports, or Lake Nighthorse for fishing or water sports. Mesa Verde is 40 minutes west, with Farmington, NM 40 minutes south. Silverton is a little more than an hour away, with Moab three hours away. The area is a mecca for world class mountain biking trails. We do allow horses, and can provide hay for a fee, please call and arrange if hay is needed.
