Clear Creek Glamping Dome
More of a Camping Dome
First the pros. The Dome had a space heater that worked very well. It heated the dome in about 5 minutes. The temp dropped to 30 degrees outside overnight so we were grateful for the heat. I did like the fact that the dome is surrounded by trees. There are a number of different camp sites within a short walking distance that we could not see due to the dome's position and trees. Also, the bed was comfortable.
The cons. When you drive up to the camp sites the main sign does not have Clear Creek Glamping notated. We got to the dome after dark and it was difficult to find because of that. We happened upon the drive way and it was a 45 degree incline. You absolutely need to have a 4wd to make that climb. I was aware of that since it's mentioned numerous times in the reviews.
The deck lights didn't work. The heater ran out of gas after an hour. It would have been nice if the host had a spare tank locked away close by. It was freezing at night. Luckily we brought extra blankets. I messaged Mirza but he never got back to me. It was late but it would have been nice to get a message the next day taking accountability. I have yet to hear from him.
The portapotty was very dirty, full, and tilted back a good 15 degrees. It's a good thing it had some trees to lean against. No hand sanitizer. And it hadn't been serviced since December 6th.
The only source of light in the dome were two windup lanterns on nightstands that were very dim.
We will not be returning.

Clear Creek Glamping Dome
Good overall! Some cons
The “driveway” up to the tent is very steep and the dirt is loose so we couldn’t get my car up there. It was fine, we were able to park close by but I would’ve expected any car should be able to get up there (I drive a small SUV with new tires). Going down the driveway to the porta potty is kind of difficult, easy to slip, but not too bad. We went October 20th and were pretty cold, especially not being allowed to have a fire. I’d recommend bringing a heater and a lot of layers. Otherwise it was beautiful, the bed was very comfy and they left a cooler and plenty of blankets to keep us warm. I would recommend this spot as long as you’re prepared!

Clear Creek Glamping Dome
The host was very helpful and attentive! The dome was also amazing and was beautiful. The road to get up to the site was a little hard to find, but everything turned out amazing in the end! Lots of extra blankets to keep warm and a grill too. Very nice place and completely recommend it.

Clear Creek Glamping Dome
The spot is beautiful, very clean, looks brand new. We only had a few challenges: the lights in the room weren’t working so we were grateful to have our own, it was fairly cold in the dome and we were grateful to have extra blankets + a propane heater of our own, and the driveway leading up to the dome was gnarly even for my AWD SUV. We were also bummed to not be able to have a fire.

Clear Creek Glamping Dome
This was very cool experience! The bed was super comfortable. The road noise was noticeable, but we still had a great night of sleep. Definitely a great place to stay!
