This property has been our home for over 20 years! We have held many weddings here and endless BBQ's. We really love walking the property in the evenings and staring off at Mount Balanca and listening to the waterfowl fly bye. Nothing beats the stargazing we have done here over the years. We like to say this property is blessed by the Lord!

Try Pondside-Site #1, with a view of the pond; or Tree Grove-Site #2, nestled in the trees with lovely afternoon shade (no pond view). Both sites have equal access to all amenities. Though your campsite is near Alamosa and off of highway 160, you will enjoy quiet country seclusion.
We are located in the San Luis Valley, home of the beautiful San Dunes National Park.
NOTICE: These camping sites are in high mountain country, which is subject to freezing, so the water is turned off during the winter months. Electricity remains available.
