All cooking utensils and bedding provided.
IMPORTANT: Access to the creek and exploring the property: advanced skill level. If you're unsure about your ability, please ask us for details.
The campsite (camper, pavilion, hot tub) is accessible by car (easily) with no difficulty. However, exploring the property (creek, trails, cliffs) is much different and requires skill (high cliffs, climbing, rocky paths, steep trails). Visiting our campsite: you acknowledge you personally take on all risks associated with a rugged mountain landscape for you and for all those in your party. If you're unwilling to take on these risks and acknowledge the dangers, please stay at the pavilion/campsite area.
WIFI is provided via Starlink (streaming works well).
Our home is located on the property 100 yards from the campsite.
This is private, secluded land on a private road (we're at the end of the road). We have children and we're generally on site and working. When you're exploring the property, it'll just be us if we're out (it's hard to access from any other direction) - lots of land to hike and explore. We ask you to stay on our property.
Absolutely no dogs allowed. Sorry!
We're excited to enable you to feed the highland cattle treats, take pictures, and enjoy their company. As you're probably aware, on occasion, cattle make sounds... as do our chickens (no roosters). Please be advised that there may be an occasional moo or an occasional happy hen.
Animals on the property: 2 Highland cattle (fenced in and close by the campsite), Chickens, 3 friendly barn cats that may stop by for a visit, and our dog.Incredible luxury getaway with amazing views and breathtaking adventure, relaxation, and peace.

2022: We're no longer allowing dogs. Reason: we've brought on 3 Highland cattle. These amazing creatures will be near the campsite on most occasions (in an enclosed fence area). We do not want to stress out the cows by having unknown dogs around. VERY sorry for any inconvenience.
We must ensure our cattle will be at peace with nearby visitors.
With all of this in mind: We're excited to enable you to feed the cows treats, take pictures (they're basically stars), and enjoy their company. As you're probably aware, on occasion, cows make sounds... as do our chickens (no roosters). Please be advised that there may be an occasional moo or an occasional happy hen.
Animals on the property: 3 Highland cattle (fenced in and close by the campsite), Chickens (no roosters), 3 friendly barn cats that may stop by for a visit, and our dog (who will not be outside without us nearby).
Wildlife is active, this includes bobcat, mountain lion, bear, deer, elk, rabbits, snakes, and more.
