Rustic and Lovely
Rustic the way I like it! Quiet. Lovely views a few minute walk away. Heard elk bugling. Hosts were there when we arrived. No one else around.

Brooke's land was fantastic. Host was able to accommodate me on an impromptu trip. Extremely responsive. The bathroom was a nice bonus! Would definitely stay again.

The host were incredibly kind. However, I felt it was a little pricey for the site. Very simple site with cinderblock firing. I also had asked in advance about the condition of the site, and when I arrived, it was under snow. I was not told that.

Really good people
Great people, super accommodating and helpful. I had a great stay on a fairly chilly March night. Waking up to the sound of elk was something awesome too

Good, but....
Overall the property was nice and the views from the front of the property were excellent of Pikes Peak. My only concern was that while on property I had attempted to to contact the host via text and phone call and knocking on their door as they live on site. After arriving wasn't sure exactly where to park our RV and tried to get in touch with them, but finally had to figure it out for ourselves. Bobby did come by later that afternoon, and gave us the walk-though and was really nice. On the day before we were supposed to leave a large snow storm was coming in and we attempted several text to let them know we needed to leave early but still haven't received a response. I'll probably try to find another spot the next time we go. Pity because we liked everything else.
