Cute little trailer on a 10 acre farm property. Located just off of scenic highway 1 on a historic property is your very own private campsite. Deck, fire pit, and outdoor shower available. You will be close to world class surfing, hiking, and beaches. Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur are close by as well. Our property was a historic winery back in the 1800's and is now a charming bed and breakfast. Great for up to 2 guests and one dog. Pets are allowed with notice at time of booking!Pull right up to the deck of your private campsite located on our private 10 acre estate. The property was once the site of one of the first wineries in Santa Cruz County. The trailer has heat, A/C, toilet a small kitchen and bathroom and outdoor shower. There is also a queen size memory foam mattress, a dinette for eating, working, etc. and a Smart TV with wifi. The deck has chairs and a gas firepit. Nisene Marks Reedwoods State Park is a quick 2 miles away with amazing hiking and mountain bike trails. Capitola Village is 3 exits away up highway 1 and Carmel and Monterey are about 45 minutes south. Note: the queen size mattress is a queen RV style, which is 73 inches long so if you’re over 6 feet tall, you may need to fold out the dinette bed and sleep slightly diagonally.

Your Own Private Campsite!
I loved everything about this campsite and Derek was very helpful! My husband and I went exploring and I got to fed the goats they have are so friendly and nice it is pet friendly as well we brought our lil puppy and she enjoyed her time too! We definitely would like to come again!

Your Own Private Campsite!
Derek’s camper was perfect for my husband & I & our dog. The land is beautiful & very well kept. We loved this area because it was right in between so many of our destinations like Monterey & Santa Cruz. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Super cute property and nice private campsite. Great location. Everything was clean and nice. We really enjoyed the deck and fire pit in the evening.

Had an amazing camping experience at Derek's RV! The picturesque scene on his land added a touch of magic to the adventure. Grateful for the warm hospitality, and our puppy loved every moment too. Highly recommend for a unique getaway! 🏕️ #CampingMagic

Easy access, beautiful quiet site with privacy. Amazing amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and walk around the site on a trail. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend.
