The views from the site are beautiful. The site is quiet and private and gated. There are no hiking or recreational activities allowed on the ranch, yet this Central Coast Wine Region area is a half hour from the ocean and drivable to all of the amenities of the region including the hot springs of Paso Robles.Site is quiet and a good distance from any buildings on the ranch. As it is a working ranch, only the areas closely adjacent to site may be used. There is no walking, hiking or biking on the property, and only the road to the site may be used. The value in the site is its location, nearby views, and privacy. The ranch is less than 4 miles to either Templeton or Paso Robles so all of the activities and amenities of wine country are near.
