Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at Camp Zion. This is a bare - off Grid campsite bring your own tent , van , rv / outdoor set up. Perfect for those wanting to explore Joshua tree national park & surrounding areas. Our campsite is at the startup stages and will be upgraded over time. Enjoy your own peaceful get away & come and learn about our cause and what we will be building at camp zion! All fees are donations to our building fund! Thank you for staying with us!This is bare open desert land for you to bring your own outdoor set up and enjoy! This is the desert so please bring water , food , all essential items you will need including toilet & trash bin. Pack it in and out please pickup any trash etc before leaving! Leave no trace Plenty to do in the area , downtown twentynine palms , Joshua tree & Joshua tree national park, yucca valley, off roading to the blm in Joshua tree ect * when driving to campsite please be aware of soft sand spots , drive slow and carefully*

The oasis
Pretty easy to get to. A little bit down a dirt road but visibly marked with solar lights, which helped. Definitely be careful of the soft sand -- very easy to get stuck in. Nice flat space for tents though, and perfect viewing for the meteor shower!
