Secluded romantic tranquil peaceful desert get-away. 10 private acres with amazing views in all directions. While our property encompasses 10 acres, 2 rings of 10-acre parcels that surround us are undeveloped desert landscape, so it feels like you are in the middle of 250 acres, not even power lines, nothing obstructs the views. Relax in style in one of our two spacious glamping tents or our budget-friendly all-season cabin tent and enjoy the serenity and peace of nature and the magic desert energy at this green off-grid property. Cook dinner in the outdoor kitchen, or enjoy sunsets with a glass of wine or a beer in comfortable outdoor chairs and sleep in a super comfy airbed on a cloud of soft pillows. Stargazing and exciting adventures await in the nearby vibrant artist town of Joshua Tree and the world-famous Joshua Tree National Park. There is a bathhouse with a solar shower and composting toilet, and we are hooked up to city water, so there is a faucet where you can refill your water jug or the solar shower bag. Other things to note: You can get water at the southeast side of the property. Fires are only allowed if you have plenty of water next to it, and are strictly forbidden per county regulations if there is ANY wind/breeze. If you have your heart set on making a fire on a windy night, we do have a backup option, we have a propane fire ring for rent, please refer to the 'extras' section. Propane fire pits don't fall under the same wind regulations because they don't create embers. There is only one propane fire ring \ available for both sites on a first come basis. Our stoves and heaters use a 1-pound propane bottle (the green one). We do not provide propane bottles, but there are several places in town where you can get them and we do have them for sale. Our check in is on or after 4 pm. Our check out is before 11 am. .

Joshua Tree Glamping

First Sabina was super helpful and responsive. The location is remote and not crowded so you get a feel that your out there all by yourself. About 20min to Joshua Tree National Park entrance. The tent was perfect size nice and roomy.

Romantic Oasis 10 Acres Great View

Very pretty location, though the ad did make it seem more secluded than it actually is, there is a trailer very close to the camp site, other than that though I thought it was great, had lots of fun sitting by the campfire and looking up at the stars, would come again

Secluded camp spot

This place was really cool! Sabina was extremely helpful. The tent was cozy and had a space heater that was much needed in December. We were there when it was windy and we couldn’t have a fire but Sabina had a propane fire ring we were able to rent. Amazing stargazing! I’m the morning when we were packing up a pack of nine coyotes ran across our site about thirty feet from us! Awesome experience, close to Joshua tree’s west entrance yet very secluded. NOT easy to find after sundown!

Lovely, but over-scented & noisy

The site is truly lovely and Sabina is a gracious host. There is not much around to disrupt the peace, except the slightest bit of wind gets the tent flapping so loudly and knocks everything over so that rest is impossible and isn’t relaxing at all. I felt like I was inside of Tom Tom drum and I ended up sleeping in my car to get some peace. For reference, The national weather service was reporting gusts of only up to 10 miles an hour, so it doesn’t take much. Also, if you are sensitive to scents at all, this place is not for you. The throw pillows and blankets are so heavily sprayed with scent that it was a bit nauseating. Sabina was very accommodating and allowed me to move to the less smelly tent, but it was still pretty bad even with all the flaps wide open. Finally (and this was my fault for not reading the description better) the shower is only a shower bag in an outdoor stall, which might work great in the summer, but in colder seasons - particularly if you have hair that needs washing - this is not a good option. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, because it was meant to be a splurge at the end of a long car camping road trip and it ended up just being an expensive place to continue car camping.

Had an amazing time! Was able to book easily and the location was perfect! Really off grid but cozy and beautiful serene vibe! It was so peaceful! Very cold at night but the canvas tent was great for blocking the wind! Had everything we needed! Thanks! Would love to return someday and definitely recommend! Thanks.
