We found our happy place and want to share it on HipCamp. Blue Belly Cabin is a contactless cabin on 12 acres of land that sleeps 4 comfortably. 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and great room with sleeper sofa. There are fabulous sunrises, sunsets and panoramic mountain views for you to enjoy. It snows sometimes at our cabin but usually stays only a day. Many campers come to our cabin to work while simultaneously enjoying nature right outside the cabin. For the hot days we have a swamp cooler and portable A/C unit so you stay comfortable. For the cold days we have a wood burning stove that heats the big room and keeps you toasty and portable electric heaters for the bedroom and bathroom. We have a heated mattress pad on the bed and an electric blanket for the sleeper sofa and extra comforters. There is a propane fire pit and propane bbq outside for you to enjoy. Blue Belly Cabin is a huge slice of peace. There's a large area outside the cabin where you can pitch tent(s) for more people. Nearby, there are premier fishing spots, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, waterfalls, national forests, trails to hike, 6 wineries and much more.  We are 35 mins from Lassen National Park, 45 mins from Shasta Lake and dam. MacCumber reservoir is 25 mins away. We are 30 mins east of Redbluff and the nearest small town with gas stations, grocery and hardware stores is 17 mins away.Blue Belly Cabin is a contactless cabin on 12 acres of land that sleeps 4 comfortably. 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and great room with sleeper sofa. Cozy cabin good for family
Review We were trying to find a place for visiting the Lassen National Park with our two-year-old toddler on the July 4th weekend and this place made our whole trip wonderful! Eliah was very welcoming and helped us to settle in with AC on under the hot weather. The living room was spacious and a fully functioning kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you need. The bathroom had towels and toothpaste and even floss, all the basics you need. The bedroom was comfortable that could fit a pack and play and also had a few fans around to keep you cool after the sunset. The nearest grocery store and gas station was a roughly 20 min drive away but the shop was quite basic and the pizza place there wasn’t too attractive. With Eliah and her husband’s help, we could turn on the barbecue grill and enjoyed our food with the beautiful sunset and starry nights after dark. Overall it was a really cozy, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great private camping with a cabin
Lots of privacy. Having access to a cabin with clean bathroom, full kitchen was a huge plus. The swamp cooler worked surprisingly well. The only issue we had was with water pressure in the shower. It was just a trickle. Eliah explained that this due to water being supplied by gravity and levels are very low. They plan to install tanks. We recommend doing a bit of cleanup to remove old farm junk to make the property more attractive since it is beautiful out there. Neighbors large friendly Labrador was a great joy and made us feel safe at night in tents.

Blue Belly Cabin sleeps 4+
Our family and I absolutely enjoyed our time at Blur Belly Cabin. there was enough space for us all to sleep indoors. The decoration was very cute and interesting to look at. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment that is in good condition. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when we are in the area. We really appreciated Eliah’s communication and responsiveness.
