Two-bedroom country home on 30 acres with horse pasture and two resident horses. This location is in the Midpines area of Mariposa, offering one of the closest access points to Yosemite National Park available. It is a beautiful oak and pine woodland setting with no view of any neighbors, ensuring total privacy. The house features two bedrooms and one bath, along with two sofa beds—one of which is located on a comfortable, screened-in covered porch.The house is about 1 mile off of Highway 140 on a dirt road. It is private from neighbors and has a nice rock patio and deck on the front of the house. The covered screened in porch has a fold out bed. The kitchen living room bathroom and many other features of the house have been remodeled in the last five years it’s a cute little country home.
