Beautiful ranch & great experience
Cody went out of his way to make this a fabulous Hipcamp experience. My dogs and i had a blast! I got to pick cherries, gooseberries, and vegetables from the garden and he gave me a dozen eggs from his hens. We loved the pigs , horse, and their adorable dogs Maggie and MJ and Ammo. Full hookups and gorgeous 360 views. We even got a rainbow at sunset!

Great experience!
This place was awesome. Cody and Jen were great hosts and the property was beautiful. Great views from my campsite. Cody was easy to work with and was always responsive to our needs. If you want a safe place to camp look no further. Their two Great Pyrenees, Maggie and MJ, guarded out camp every night. Not that we needed guarding but they did. Lol. They were sweeties. They got along great with my dog as well. Enjoyed this place and the entire area so much we decided to stay two extra nights. Cody was great at giving me the lowdown on all the great places to visit and things I really needed to do. His advice to make sure and go to the notch of La Plata was the highlight of my trip. Thanks for a great experience and I’m looking forward to staying there again. Actually hated to leave because it began to feel a little like home.

Ranch Paradise
We loved our stay at the ranch. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Cody was prompt and clear in pre-check in communication, met us when we pulled in and helped us get settled in our spot. The spot was super easy in and out, hook ups were easily accessible and set up went smoothly. Cody is a great host and we loved having Maggie and MJ the ranch dogs around. They are the greatest.❤️ We only stayed a night but could’ve easily stayed a week. We highly recommend the ranch for short or long stays, and feel so lucky to have found this property. Hope to stay again!!

Gateway to the Southwest
What a great spot! We came down from the mountains on our way to Grand Canyon NP and found this to be the perfect half way point. Situated outside Durango this working farm has multiple points that make this an awesome stay. Parking is clean, level and has plenty of room to set up and be comfortable. Fifty amp electric, sewer and water (non potable) are a welcome luxury after spending a week boondocking in the backcountry. T-mobile and Sprint worked well at 5G speeds which is good for folks working remote. Upon arrival, Cody greeted us and made us feel welcome. He put a lot of work into providing a tier 1 camping spot and it shows. This is located on high ground and gives a spectacular view of the surrounding area. An outdoor target range is located on the property for those interested in trigger therapy, just ask Cody about that. The working dogs of the ranch are great ambassadors and made us feel secure, being as they guard the property from any wild animals. They became tolerant friends to our raucous puppy after a short introduction. Everything about this place was perfect.
Our only regret was not being able to stay another day or two. Next time.

Fabulous and so natural. Go for it!
Remarkable welcome and so different from touristic campsites. Our host was lovely and considerate with us, paying special attention to newcomers. We particularly recommend this campsite located in the middle of nature with a magnificent view of the mountains in the distance.
We wish our hosts many visits and we have even offered them to come and see us in France. Thank you again for this delicious step.
