Our 8-acre south facing hilltop property features 180 degree views with epic sunrises and sunsets. We have a large pond, gardens, fruit trees, grape vines, and plenty of space to stretch out. We have a bathhouse with toilet, sink and shower, plus a sun deck with outdoor jacuzzi tub. We have multiple private tent sites.
We are a 5 minute drive from the world-renowned South Fork Yuba River, which offers swimming holes like none other (June through September) and hiking trails with breathtaking views.
It’s only a 7 minute drive to downtown Nevada City, and a few minutes farther to Grass Valley.
