Peaceful, security-gated property with a campsite for RV's/tent camping for maximum of 6, and a charming Pickle Barrel cabin for 2 is available. You can book either one or both. This 10 acre property is located on the ridge in a mixed redwood forest, above the fog, with a filtered view of the Garcia River canyon. There is room for 2-3 tents, or a 25 foot RV, along with parking for 2 cars. No wood campfires allowed June-November. Gas grills and propane fire pits are fine on the dirt surfaces. The owners and their dog live on site about 50 yards away. You may see us doing our walks. Centrally located. 10 minutes from beaches, rivers, state parks, Stornetta Lands National Monument, and towns, i.e., Gualala, Point Arena, or Anchor Bay.

The Pickle Barrel Cabin

Perfectly picturesque, this cute cabin was a totally cozy home away from home. Our host was helpful and thoughtful in how they set up the place. I highly recommend staying here.

Canyon Ridge Campsite

We stayed for three nights and it was a perfect place for us as a basecamp to explore the area. The campsite is located on a ridgetop so there are nice views out to the east, through the trees. Everything we needed was there...table, chairs, water, bathroom. Very happy with our stay and hope to come back in the future.

The Pickle Barrel Cabin

Perfect cabin

I enjoyed my stay in the cabin. The description was exactly as I expected and G was a wonderful host. She reached out (on this app) to check on me when the weather dropped to 40F. Was a great place to relax and read with my dog. Little town (village?) of Anchor Bay a ~15 min drive away is cute with a general store and a nice coffee shop with games!

Canyon Ridge Campsite

Beautiful location in the woods. Nice and peaceful. Communication with G was excellent from start to finish. She even checked on us when the power went out in the area due to the abundance of liquid sunshine and wind. We hope to visit again.
