Lastly, it's a short distance over the hill for you to enjoy the small town of Julian and their famous apple pie. We offer 2 guest at 150.00 a night, each additional guest is 25 nightly. KIDS ARE FREE. Learn more about this land: Hip-campers will enjoy wide open space where they can hang a hammock or feed cat fish in the pond. There are hiking trails and beautiful sunsets. Deer and turkey visit regularly. There are no city sounds, you will fall asleep to crickets and bullfrogs. Good tk

Very spacious and secluded. Host was very friendly. There's a lot of friendly cats around. 10/10 would recommend for a good stay cation in julian.

Frank’s communication was accurate and timely - made it a super fun and easy trip. Property was large and beautiful. Bathroom was clean. It was quiet, lots of wildlife and gorgeous for looking up for a dark night sky filled with stars

Amazing stay

We loved tent and car camping on Franks land! He has a beautiful property and is so kind. He brought us fresh coffee and tea this morning. The dogs had a blast and we got to see wild turkeys and lots of kitties.

Just what I needed!

I brought my small trailer to Frank”s property and things went perfectly getting it into the spot he has saved for m. I felt like I was on my own in the middle of nature, most of the time. It was amazing! Frank is incredibly helpful, kind and so hospitable! The sounds of nature without campground noise was just what I was looking for. My dog even got to jump in the adorable pond! Loved staying here and will definitely be back!
