This 40 acres of valley bottom farm land is nestled under a steep rocky uprising to the east called Flyhills. To the west is Mt Ida which is often the backdrop to the display of a beautiful sunset. The property is divided by the slow meandering Salmon river which is only a foot deep at low water through the summer.

Incredible camping experience
Absolutely wonderful experience camping here. Ken was so lovely and welcoming, and we camped in his field in a beautiful valley with stunning views of the neigburing mountains. I spent the day hiking up in the hills behind the property and loved it so much. Ken even offered to show us some arts and crafts, and we spent a morning with him making some small mosaics with river stones. I cannot recommend enough. It's already a beautiful property, but Ken makes it perfect!!!

Awesome place, Lovely Host, Ken is super nice and has some fun stories. We were there over may long and i have to say, there was one hell of a lot of mosquitos

A Piece of the Salmon Valley
The best night's sleep!
Ken was very friendly and welcoming, as was his dog Charlie. The land is beautiful, forested with the views of the mountains, yet so close to Salmon Arm. I had the best sleep in his quiet field, and loved waking up to the rooster call and the soft presence of horses ... Split and Lucky. I look forward to a return visit. Thank you Ken!

Great spot for kids
Loved the site, there is a lot of space and the dogs and horse are roaming the land as well. Our dog was very happy too. Just - bring bug spray !
