Beautiful piece of land to enjoy nature to its fullest. Easy access via Madison 3605, and Madison 3625, these two gravel roads make for great mountain biking. Towering trees all along it, oak, hickory, ash, mulberry, sassafras, cedar, etc... Birdwatching can be awesome. Also, all Arkansas native wildlife either lives on this land, or moves through it. Deer, turkey, bear, and even elk, since land is pretty close to the Buffalo National River. The land is easily accessible from either Kingston at 15 minutes or Ponca at about 20 minutes. Additionally, this land is about 30 minutes from the Ozark National Forest. Cell phone signal okay on and off up on road!This is a unique three-acre piece of land ideal for camping.
