Immediate access to open land and a 2.5 mile paved neighborhood loop with very low traffic . Total property is 1.66 acres of fenced in, dog friendly desert scape. Great neighborhood for biking, hiking and ATV riding. Minutes away from the Road Runner Grill, and gas station along with an Ace hardware and several restaurants/food trucks. Just 5 miles to the Pima County Fairgrounds and Racing Complex. Scenic drives within an hour include Patagonia, Mt. Wrightson, Soinita, Madera Canyon, Tombstone, Green Valley, Nogales and Oracle.

CDT RV Full Hook Up

Great full hook up spot and host

Wonderful one night stay at Jeff's great property. Two wonderful pups that visited us all the time, loved loving up on them. Jeff helped us from the beginning to the end for us pulling in and getting out, hooking up etc. We stayed in the full hookup site, had a few issues setting up any lend us a few items to help as well. Highly highly recommend. Was a little tight getting in through the gate to the spot. We have a 34 footer fifth wheel.😊

Jeff is super friendly and knowledgeable about RV operations. There are connections for water and electricity, and sewage services are also available. I would definitely recommend this place.
