Fourth Moon Camp is an incredibly unique accommodation located directly behind Seneca Rocks. Your 130 acre camp site is less than a five minute walk to the rocks and features unique, mountain/valley views from the eastern aspect of the iconic rock formations. There are private trails leading directly to both Roy Gap Road as well as the North Peak of Seneca Rocks.

Local attractions include Spruce Knob - Seneca Rocks National Recreation Area, Monongahela National Forest, Germany Valley, Seneca Caverns, Nelson Rocks, Smoke Hole, North Fork Mountain, North Fork South Branch of the Potomac River, and so many more.

The extras and attractions we offer on the property are also incredibly unique. Please feel free to message us with any questions about any of these add-ons and options.

Fourth Moon Camp may be accessed by reservation only, via Roy Gap Road. This road is a gravel, state road. It is single-vehicle-width in many places, uphill, and without any easy turnouts. This road is advised for experienced drivers and capable vehicles only.

Wild Yough Glamping Huts

Wild Yough is located in Southern Garrett County, Maryland very close to Herrington Manor State Park, Swallows Falls State Park, and the quaint mountain village of Oakland. The property adjoins thousands of acres of Garrett State Forest and hundreds of acres of state land along the Youghiogheny River.  The world class Wisp resort and Deep Creek Lake are only minutes away.  “Yough” is short for Youghiogheny River a state designated wild and scenic river which runs through the heart of the property. Wild Yough Glamping huts are part of more than 350 acres of private land, most of which is crisscrossed with hiking and biking trails. Youghiogheny is an Algonquin word meaning “a stream flowing in a contrary direction”, or in the case of the Yough, North toward Ohio Pyle and Pittsburgh.  This section of the river is designated as a protected scenic corridor and you will feel the quiet isolation when sitting on the Crooked Butt Bench overlooking the big horseshoe bend in the river at the far back corner of our property.  And if the river is low during your visit, feel free to wade across to the other side – Wild Yough owns the entire peninsula of land on the other side of the river and this is also bordered by State land.The river banks are steep on the property, but the fishing for small mouth bass is exceptional.  There is a small turn around on the path just beyond Crooked Butt Bench where you can take out your canoe, kayak, or inner tubes after floating the 2+ miles from the Oakland bridge.  Just be prepared to walk your water craft back up to the house or Glamping site as there is no motorized access to the river.If you like to lay on the rocks in the sun or take the kids for some wading in the river, the best place is the farthest to walk to.  Take the trail to “High Bluff”, then cross the Snyder property line (Permission for trail access only – do not leave trail!), then descend down and cross the bridge across Herrington Manor Creek (a stocked trout stream!).  Wild Yough property is to your right along the river and there is a great place for lying in the sun, doing some fishing, or just wading into the cool waters of the Yough on a hot summer day.Learn more about this land:The idea is simple- our glamping site will offer a true camping experience without all the hassles and fuss.  With 350 acres of private ground, adjacent to thousands of acres of state park and forest, Wild Yough offers plenty of space to spread out, stretch your legs, watch the deer, and howl with the coyotes.  You won’t be packed into a row of RV’s or tents where you can hear your neighbor snoring.  You won’t have to set up camp in the rain.  And you’ll never have to sleep on the ground!   You’ll have your own heated hut, warm soft bed, and private space for long evenings around the campfire.  And our bathhouse and pavilion facilities are designed with comfort, cleanliness and relaxation in mind.  Oh yeah… large field for enjoying lawn games or just relaxing quietly under an endless blanket of evening stars.Each hut is furnished with a double bed, additional seating/pullout bed, cabin cooking center with stove, dining table, LED lighting, and a propane heater.  Outside, each hut has comfortable chairs on the porch, a large picnic table, and a fire-ring/cooking grill with extra seating.  And all this is just a short walk to the bath house and paviliion!  Our bathhouse is designed to bring you all of the comforts of home, with modern, comfortable features which include full size showers, plenty of counter space, professional ventilation, and regular maintenance by our partners at Offlake Rentals.  Additionally, we have outside water facilities and separate, deep sinks for washing dishes.  The adjacent pavilion area is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and picnic tables, making it the perfect place to socialize with your fellow Glampers or host a pot-luck meal with a large group.Here’s what else you will find at the bathhouse and pavilion:–      Outside spigot and hose for quick cleanup (also great for doggie washing)–      Sockets for charging mobile phones and laptops (leave property at your own risk)–      Take one leave one book and magazine library–      Selection of board games and outdoor activities–      Information on the area and suggested must see and do activities

South Potomac Valley

You are on The South Branch of the Potomac River. Very close to where the North Branch meets to form the Potomac.Learn more about this land:Like being on the River? Then come camp at our family campground on the South Branch of the Potomac River in Levels, West Virginia. You'll enjoy our 146 feet wide of Riverfront Property on 2 acres of Land.  It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere (which I love) so please bring plenty of Supplies. There is Electric, with 30 amp Hook up for R/V's. There is also a Well, a Lighted Pavillion and an outhouse.  Campsite has a stove, Refrigerator and Grill along with 2 picnic tables. There is a Volleyball net, dartboard, sandbox and swingset ( For 2 to 10 years old only). When traveling to the campsite the last turn off gps might tell you to turn right on River Rd or Haas ct.  Do not do that instead veer right on Bill Stultz Dr.

Originally designed to build a healing center on land called Imagine: A Healing Center for the Soul.Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent, vehicle on 5 acres of natural habitat in the mountains of beautiful WV!  I have a 30 foot yurt on side of mountain but not useable at this time.  Plenty of woods and quietness. Partly secluded. No hunting allowed. We enjoy our creatures of the land.

Abrams Creek Campground/Retreat

Abrams Creek is like camping in a nature preserve, rather than in a commercial campground.  On our campground, there are no generators, loud electronics, or other things that would distract from appreciating the sights and sounds of this pristine natural environment.  
And this is always a great place to beat the heat! We have a mountain climate; the peak temperature most days in the summer is in the high 70's or very low 80's, and at night, temperatures go down to about 60.  You'll be breathing cool, clean, fresh mountain air all day long!
Hot showers are included, and all sanitary facilities are *sterilized* between guests.  We have taken every measure to safeguard your health!
We are located in the mountainous Potomac Highlands region of West Virginia. Our vision is an environmentally conscious, eco-friendly campground developed in harmony with nature. A small piece of serenity, quiet and be one with nature. No electricity, but you are welcome to use a generator. Perfect for families and people who just wanna get away from the hustle and bustle for awhile.
 A bucket toliet is available. Please empty before you leave or bring your own camp toliet. Fire pit provided. Close to playgrounds(within 5 minutes), Potomac River(10 minutes), C and O canal Towpath,(20 minutes) The Carpendale Tunnel(22 minutes), swimming(10 to 2o Minutes), and many hiking/biking areas. Close to hunting areas.....
