The Original 100 Acre Farm

This is a destination for outdoor enthusiasts with many mountain trails for hiking, UTVs, ATVs, boating at lake Cle Elum, several golf courses in the area and visit historic Roslyn and sip some wine or have a dinner at Suncadia. Also a great central location to headquarter to visit Seattle and Leavenworth for daytrips. Winter and summer activities, year-round in Cle Elum. A very private, peaceful RV park with 3 large RV-spaces, with water and 2 50amp  and 1 30amp electrical hook-up. 3 fire pits and picnic tables, river trail down to Little Creek and Yakama River for float in/float out river tubing and fishing directly behind RV spaces. We have farm fresh eggs for sale and firewood bundles. Evening solar lights and festoon lighting in trees that allow for relaxing atmosphere. Spaces large enough for large busses and trailers for directly pull in in spaces #1 and #2. Space #3 is back-in only. Upon entry to property if you need to disconnect vehicle or trailers, there is a large space Southeast upon entry. Caretaker lives on site in the farmhouse. Pets are allowed on leash or off-leash under supervision. We have a 100-year old barn Airbnb barn cabin, if you need more space or you want to do private events with large yard for tents. I really appreciated that each space had it's own set of water and power hookups.

Although there was a county fire ban it's quite nice to have all the space to relax next to one!

Camping next to the barn reminded me of visiting my grandparents farm when I was a child.

Just a short stroll to the second river by the campsite, this one is wonderful!

Always enjoy taking my stove outside instead of just cooking in the camper!

Willow Barn Ranch

This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane.

The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping.

 Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have!

We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings.

Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces."  Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Vehicles will most likely not be permitted on the grass itself with rare exceptions.

First Creek Camping

Early 1900's was logging camp, railroad used to run through the property. DNR land boarders the back of property endless roads and trails to walk, hike and Rockhound at First Creek.
Red top, Crystal Mtn, or Rockin Tomahawk( ellensburg blues) just 20 min away.  Just 40 min to Leavenworth Barvarian town, river rafting. 1 hr to the Gorge for concerts.
Great Gold mining just 30 min away
Can accomidate Rvs, just please call ahead if bringing one. Must enter with rv from North side hwy.
Have porta potty onsite, no electric or potable water.

Buck Meadows

This property has been in the Buck family for 70+ years and has always been a great place for our family to come and work, relax and enjoy ourselves. We decided to start sharing this beautiful land with people wanting to “get away from it all”. This land has great sentimental value and is shared with an abundance of wildlife. Please enjoy your stay but respect our family home. 

Mountain View Glamping Cabin

Remodeled 1940's orchard workers’ cabin done in romantic cabin decor. The large deck has views to Mt. Clemen, a porch swing, table , chairs, umbrella, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster, and hot/cold drinking water. A new patio features fire pit/box. New Sanican is attached to cabin and includes outdoor hot/cold shower. Complex includes four view acres, surrounding gardens, and is nestled in a patch of forest. Close to many outdoor and cultural activities. 

The cabin is close to many trails, ATV trails, fishing, hiking, and rock climbing areas. The rural roads here are seldom traveled, mostly by farm and orchard tractors and vehicles, farmer's pickups and bicycles. Houses are widely spread, few are closer than a half block. There are many empty fields and parking can happen almost anywhere. There are several places to park next to the cabin, even for larger RV's. There is no public transportation out here. Ordinary road map directions for getting here are very simple and straightforward. When you arrive at the property, just pull into the curving drive. You will see the cabin by itself to the left. Just park in front.

Tieton is a rare place. The once dying town was re-discovered in the first decade of the new century by a couple friends on a mountain biking exploration. They got a vicious Goat's Head thorn in a tire and had to stop. They looked around at empty warehouses and closed stores and asked about it. The many small orchardists had been selling off their orchards to larger orchards and retiring. They saw opportunities in the empty buildings and had a vision. 

Artists, writers, poets, thinkers from all over the northwest have been visiting and moving here over the last 14 years, making this a unique town, with two hispanic restaurants, a gourmet restaurant, two convenience stores and a bakery. The town is thriving from grants for the local central park and from the activities now of two art galleries and many seasonal events. Check out Mighty Tieton .com. Mt. View Cabin is less than a mile of country road to town. But watch your speed!!!

Masabaje Camp

Purchased in 2013 after a fire came through the area.

 We've spent the last 7 years regenerating the land, planting trees, building our house and collecting places for people to rest their heads.

Masabaje is the first two letters of each of our parents names (Margaret, Sandy, Barry, Jerry).

We offer five listings - a converted schoolbus, an Airstream, retro trailer, truck bed glamp pod and tent spot.

Meet Birdy, a semi-converted Blue Bird school bus with a comfortable queen mattress, couch, two recliners, dry kitchen, cooking utensils, and camp stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 4 minute walk).

Birdy sits at "Top Pond", farthest from the house in a super quiet and private spot. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). There is no electricity available in Birdy.

Devices can be charged up at the house. There is also no heater in Birdy, overnight temperatures in September and October can dip down into the mid-low 40's or lower. 

Meet Tin Man, we found him after he had been in an accident. We bandaged him up and he became the first place to sleep when we bought our empty land. He has a comfortable double mattress, couch, chair, kitchen, cooking utensils, and two burner stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 30 second walk).

Tin Man sits on our driveway round-a-bout and is closest to the house.

You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee).

Ellensburg is known for its wind and our land is just down from a wind farm. We cannot control the wind, but Birdy sits in a pretty wind protected oasis.

Masabaje is a clothing optional space. 

We are less than 2 hours from Seattle, 1 hour to Yakima wine country, 40 minutes to Vantage, 40 minutes to Leavenworth, 50 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass, 15 minutes to Ellensburg, 25 minutes to Roslyn, 25 minutes to Yakima River Canyon for floating and hiking, and so much more!
